Job Description
The Y's Youth Program Site Assistant provides leadership, fosters a positive learning environment, and promotes values within the YMCA. The role involves assisting in various programs, maintaining positive relationships with children and staff, and ensuring program quality. The Y provides leadership to Y’s Youth Program Site Assistants, ensuring they understand the YMCA's mission and values.
Requirements
- Assist the Site Coordinator in creating activities and maintaining program standards.
- Train and teach children and assess their skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude, maintain group control, and adhere to program rules.
