Job description
We are looking for a seasoned data engineer with deep technical expertise as well as a strong understanding of cloud engineering, data engineering, and data architecture. The ideal candidate will work in a multi-cloud environment, run high stakes workloads in AWS and Azure platforms, and participate in projects to re-architect and re-implement data products on the target platform.
Your responsibilities will include running data workloads on AWS and Azure, ensuring they meet SLAs, improving governance on AWS and Azure data platforms, decommissioning workloads that are no longer required, and re-architecting and re-implementing workloads that need to migrate to the target platform.
The ideal candidate has the interpersonal skills necessary to manage and build relationships across multiple departments and geographical locations. Collaboration and transparent decision making are examples of key behaviors reflecting the agile culture of Ayvens.
