Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Powder Coater to join our team to supplement our automated spray booth on an automated conveying line with a 5-stage wash process.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in powder coating or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with Gema spray guns and automated conveying systems
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform precise and consistent work
- Basic mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
