Job Description
Patient Liaison for a specialty pharmacy, facilitating timely processing, approval, and dispensing of prescribed medications, and building relationships with prescribers and insurance providers.
Requirements
- Serve as a liaison between specialty pharmacies, prescribers, and insurance providers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Focus on sales/marketing efforts to promote the pharmacy's services
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain frequent communication with patients, providers, and pharmacies
- Coordinate efforts with providers and specialty pharmacies
- Manage and prioritize multiple initiatives
