Job Description
Join the Asia Securities Corporate Actions team as a full-time Associate, responsible for processing and managing corporate actions, settlements, and securities transfers. The role requires up to 10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Actions processes, a bachelor's degree, and proficiency in Office suite and Excel VBA macro knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree, and/or professional qualification in Banking/Finance.
- Up to 10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Actions processes.
- Familiar with financial products as well as the market infrastructures, regulations and operational risks.
- Knowledgeable about SWIFT messages types.
- Proven experience in leveraging technical expertise to provide clients with quality processing and solutions.
- Ability to build and maintain a strong communication channel with clients and stakeholders.
- Good knowledge and practice of Office suite.
- Excel VBA macro knowledge is a plus.
