Business Analyst - Latin America - Remote

Azumo is looking for a Business Analyst to lead software development initiatives and other personalized development projects. The position demands a hands-on, results-oriented individual who is adept at gathering and analyzing business requirements, managing project backlogs, and ensuring effective task management throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience working within Agile environments, particularly Scrum and Kanban
• Experience with JIRA and Notion
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and maintain focus on key objectives
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work across cross-functional teams
• Professional English proficiency (C1/C2)
• Based in Latin America
