Job Description
The Conformal Coating Operator will execute manufacturing processes in support of product flow within the Conformal Coating department, applying various coatings to Printed Circuit Boards and assemblies. This role involves performing assembly tasks during downtimes and handling liquids responsibly.
Requirements
- Previous experience with assembly
- Minimum 1 year experience working directly within the conformal coating process
- Ability to mask and tape
- Ability to lift, move, and pour liquids safely
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and good follow-up skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
