B+D Events is a specialized agency for live communication and is looking for a Junior Art Director in full-time position to create visual designs for events, live marketing, and campaigns. The role involves working with the creative team to develop and implement creative campaigns and visual materials for various formats, including events, roadshows, and trade shows.
Requirements
- Completed studies in communication design, graphic design, media design, or a comparable field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally in an agency or comprehensive self-employment
- Secure handling of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Good understanding of image, typography, layout, color, and sense of design and aesthetics
- Fundamentally profound knowledge in retouching and production
- Team-oriented personality with a pleasure in collaboration and creative exchange
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working, very good self-organization, secure project planning, and a good sense of project planning, timings, and realistic workload estimation
