Job Description
The B. F. Saul Company is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Concierge to provide superior customer service at The Waycroft in Arlington, VA. Responsibilities include greeting residents, responding to requests, and addressing concerns in accordance with the company's customer service standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Related experience as a concierge or strong customer service background
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-through skills
- Strong written, verbal, and computer skills
- Knowledge of Yardi is a plus
