Job Description
The Maintenance Mechanic/Appliance Technician is responsible for maintaining the property, performing preventative maintenance duties, troubleshooting and repairing HVAC and appliances, plumbing, carpentry, and painting. The position requires strong technical knowledge and experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
