Residential Lead Maintenance Engineer | The Kennedy-Warren

The Lead Engineer will be responsible for maintaining the property and providing superior customer service to all residents. The Lead Engineer is responsible for performing various tasks including split system heat pump repairs, building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, cleaning and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Five or more years of engineering experience
• Strong customer service skills
• High school diploma
• Ability to lift 60 lbs and move appliances safely
• Comfortable working with heights up to 25 feet
• Experience leading a team and training your team
• Experience in multifamily or hospitality environments preferred
