Job Description
Returns Evaluator performs necessary steps to fulfill customer returns in accordance with company return policies, examining returned merchandise, entering returns into system, processing refunds, and creating new orders.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Warehouse
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Organized and detailed oriented
- Knowledge of computer system (UNIX, web, email, excel)
