Head of Product Management

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software product management with a proven track record of delivering successful products
• Strong background in the fintech or banking industry, with a deep understanding of Financial Services products
• Expertise in managing both green field and brown field products, as well as deploying and launching products in regulated environments
• Experience leading and mentoring other product managers, while collaborating with UX/UI designers, engineers, and data scientists in an agile setting
• Hands-on experience with agile product development methodologies, with ability to analyze data to make informed decisions
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a high level of creativity and an ability to think outside the box
• A high level of empathy, with skillful communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
• High energy and results-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, diverse environment while working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
