Requirements
- Accompany the Chairman & Co-CEO throughout the business day, capturing meeting notes and action items
- Manage and organize priorities, communications, and follow-through on outstanding items
- Draft correspondence, briefing materials, and summaries
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, calls, and travel
- Conduct research and provide background preparation ahead of meetings and engagements
- Assist with special projects across the firm
- Act as a reliable, discreet, and proactive extension
- Provide strategic feedback and observations directly as you develop familiarity with the business, clients, and firm operations
