Job Description
BRC Group Holdings, Inc. is seeking a full-time Manager, Financial Reporting to work in its corporate Westlake Village office. The Manager will lead all aspects of the company's external SEC financial reporting process and act as a technical accounting resource to the corporate and divisional accounting and finance groups.
Requirements
- Manage the preparation and timely completion of quarterly and annual SEC filings
- Prepare and consolidate financial statements
- Review subsidiary and divisional reporting packages
- Maintain reporting timelines and monitor progress against key milestones
- Coordinate with external auditors
- Support the preparation of earnings releases
- Review the tie-out of SEC filings to underlying supporting schedules
- Monitor new accounting standards
- Draft and maintain accounting policy documentation
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX 404 requirements
