Requirements
- Prioritizing, conceptualizing, co-designing, building, testing, and engaging users for any concept we are building out
- Mentoring and teaching where we can, both inside and outside of the company
- Sharing our work with the outside world
- Valuing longevity of engineers over any one tool we use
- Experience with backend technologies such as Python/Django and TypeScript/React
- Experience with data storage and management in Amazon S3, EC2, and Redshift
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment
