Marketing - Market Insights Lead (Research)

B2C2 is seeking a Marketing Insights Lead to join its London office. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to produce internal and external reports on market trends, trading patterns, and financial topics impacting the crypto space. This is a greenfield opportunity to build a function from scratch and work with a dynamic company in an exciting new industry.

Requirements

• Market research role, or other markets-focused role (e.g. sales & trading; economist) on the sell-side (bank, broker, etc.) or on the buy-side (asset manager, hedge fund, etc.). Crypto exposure is preferred
• Competent data analysis experience working with APIs and on-chain data streams as well as platforms like Kaiko, Dune, DeFiLlama, etc.
• Data visualization experience using Excel, Google Sheets and AI tools including Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, etc.
• Experience with developing thought leadership and research reports in-house and with external vendors
• Strong understanding of finance, capital markets, trading, and crypto
• Analytical mindset and strong writing and communication skills
