B2C2 is a global leader in institutional liquidity within digital assets, seeking a Salesforce Lead to configure, support, and improve their database. The role requires 6+ years of Salesforce admin/dev experience and strong project management skills. Requirements
- 6+ Years of Salesforce admin / developer experience
- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle, and prioritise simultaneous requests
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization
- Ability to critically evaluate and prioritize information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and other integrated systems
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex processes
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, processes, custom views, and other content
- Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL
- Experience using Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud
- Interest in digital assets
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
- Experience using Salesforce DX and version control systems (e.g., Git, VS Code)
- Experience of full Salesforce SDLC
- DevOps Experience (preferred)
- Experience Using REST APIs
- Salesforce Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified preferred
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certification (Bonus)
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
