Job Description
The Supervisor, Mill Maintenance will oversee all aspects of mill maintenance, act as a visible safety leader, and lead a multidisciplinary maintenance team to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations.
Requirements
- Five (5) years’ of post qualification experience
- Interprovincial Red Seal Industrial Mechanic (Millwright)
- Supervisory course work
- Experience in maintenance planning using computerized maintenance software
- Proven organizational skills
- Familiarity with SAP
