Outreach Coordinator/Community Liaison

BAART Program is looking for a Community Liaison to promote opioid treatment programs in the Greater Los Angeles region by building relationships with referral sources and raising brand awareness.

Requirements

• Promote opioid treatment programs in the Greater Los Angeles region
• Build relationships with referral sources
• Raise brand awareness
• Provide community education on opioid use disorder
• Develop and implement marketing and referral development plans
• Schedule and complete individual, in-person meetings with decision makers and influencers
• Follow up with referral sources after they have referred a patient
• Develop collaborative relationships with contracted payors
• Coordinate local public relations outreach
• Work with clinical teams to develop and refine messaging around service offerings
• Provide staff training and coaching for customer service delivery
• Maintain a detailed customer relationship database system
• Track, monitor and report changes in the marketplace
• Submit regular and requested reports
