We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of the JP9101 Legacy Software Support program. The role will assist with project planning, cost and schedule management, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and contract governance.
Requirements
- Hold relevant Project Management qualification or a related engineering field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a project administration or coordination role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational capability
- Ability to analyse commercial issues and provide recommendations
- Experience supporting internal and external stakeholders
- Working knowledge of project management competencies
- Experience working closely with a Project Manager
- Defence sector experience (highly desirable)
