Senior Engineering Manager

Lead Complex Engineering Programmes that Matter to National Security. Manage engineering resources, priorities and risks across complex project environments. Engage with customers and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and maintain strong relationships.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading complex, multi‐disciplinary engineering projects
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams of managers and senior engineers
• Strong technical assurance capability across regulated engineering environments
• Experience delivering engineering scope from concept through EPC delivery
• Engineering degree (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status
• Standard (BPSS) security clearance
