Job Description
The Construction Manager is responsible for onsite performance of construction and maintenance work, pursuing bid opportunities, managing project P&L, and overseeing project execution. This individual will also develop and manage talent within their assigned district, represent the company opposite organized labor, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Understands and communicates contract T&C's
- Monitors project change management issues
- Identifies and targets future bid opportunities
- Manages project P&L within their local area of responsibility
- Oversees, reviews, and approves project execution
- Develops and manages talent within area of responsibility
- Challenges project team(s) to be customer and performance driven
