The Pre-Collegiate Program Community Engagement Assistant (CEA) is responsible for providing mentorship and support for the experiential, co-curricular, and academic components of the Pre-Collegiate Program.
Requirements
- Must have completed at least one year of college by June 2026
- Demonstrates initiative, energy, enthusiasm, positivity and ability to motivate others
- A strong sense of responsibility and level of maturity
- Excellent communication, coordination, creativity, and problem-solving skills
- Team player with an ability to work effectively with a diverse student body and staff
- Ability to create an environment where direct reports have the freedom and security to take initiative
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Google Drive/Docs and Microsoft Office
