Babylist is looking for a passionate Fullstack Staff Software Engineer to join our Babylist Health team. The role involves leading business critical projects, making important decisions about how our systems grow and scale, and collaborating with the Product team to create new features in health.

Requirements

• A high-performing engineer with 10+ years of experience and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions that drive business growth
• Strong programmer with modern web stacks such as React + Rails, Python/Django, or Node/Express
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, impactful projects
• Excellent systems thinker, architecting and delivering large projects independently and with a team
• Mentor and coach who fosters a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Results-oriented, with a keen ability to prioritize tasks that deliver the most business impact
