Job Description
The Service Dispatcher will schedule work flow through the shop to maintain maximum capacity and profitability, ensuring proper repair order documentation and reporting discrepancies to the Service Manager.
Requirements
- Organized and able to multi-task and follow directions from the Management Team
- Good communicator, both in person and on the phone
- Ability to write effectively in email communications, letters or other documents
- Comfortable with and ability to use CDK, Drive Centric, Rapid Recon, Microsoft 365, and Teams
- Valid driver license and acceptable records check
