Fulfillment Team Lead

Bachman’s Lakeville is looking for a proactive Fulfillment Team Lead to ensure customer orders move efficiently from sale to shipment. In this role, you’ll support the administrative functions of order fulfillment and sales by preparing and prioritizing orders, reallocating inventory within NetSuite, and auditing order status to ensure accuracy throughout the pick, pack, and ship process.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience
• Office and fulfillment experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to function effectively in stressful situations
• PC skills including MS Office applications
• Experience with Net Suite and RF Smart preferred
• Good working knowledge of landscape plant materials preferred
• Must pass MVR Check
