Job Description
We're seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to lead our inventory team and ensure smooth, accurate store operations.
Requirements
- Hire, train, schedule and review inventory team
- Complete daily receiving of inbound freight, reconcile inventory discrepancies, scheduling and maintenance of stock team
- Supervise the daily activities of the inventory team and provide daily direction
- Complete cycle counts, ensure cleanliness of store, retrieve carts in parking lot, carry outs, merchandising hardgoods products
- Work with Buyers on inventory issues
- Communicate and problem solve with support departments via email, phone and in person
- Follow defined best practices and process flows to ensure inventory accuracy
- Participate in fall inventory and fiscal year-end inventory preparation
- Assist with seasonal display setups and tear downs
