Requirements

• Good working knowledge of landscape plant materials
• Basic knowledge of trees, shrubs, perennials, and annuals
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work as a team player
• Very detailed oriented
• Ability to problem solve/ troubleshoot
• Ability to work in a fast paced, busy environment
• Interest in product and desire to learn more
• Ability to work predominantly outside in all weather conditions
