Application Engineering Manager

We are seeking a results-focused, innovative, self-driven individual to join our talented team as our Application Engineering Manager. In this role, you will lead Application Engineering performance and disciplined customer solution delivery by directing laboratory and technical service engineering teams to conduct rigorous root-cause investigations, deliver defensible application recommendations, strengthen regional laboratory practices, and develop repeatable customer solution methodologies that support commercial success and are adoptable across global technical teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading technical teams within laboratory or application engineering environments
• 5+ years of experience with adhesives and coatings preferred
• BA/BS in Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, or equivalency
• Proficiency and confidence using and training in laboratory best practices, dispensing and curing equipment
• Microsoft Office and laboratory-related systems; ERP user familiarity – JD-E1 especially helpful
• Precise, detail-oriented, but with a thirst for knowledge, and an ability to lead and motivate others
