Business Intelligence Manager

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead enterprise analytics architecture and performance insights, and deliver trusted financial and operational intelligence to reduce manual reporting, improve transparency, and strengthen executive decision-making.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of progressive experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data architecture roles
• 2+ years of team leadership responsibility
• BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related field, or equivalency; advanced degree preferred
• Advanced SQL and data modeling expertise
• Experience with ERP-integrated reporting environments; JD Edwards E1 preferred
• Experience with data warehousing platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure Synapse)
• Power BI or comparable enterprise visualization tools
• Demonstrated experience integrating ERP and operational data into governed reporting environments
• Strong working knowledge of financial statements and operational performance metrics
• Demonstrated analytical rigor and architectural discipline
• Strong executive communication capability
• Ability to balance governance with speed in mid-market environments
• Comfort operating hands-on without large supporting infrastructure
