Strategic Sourcing Engineer

We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Engineer to join our talented team at Dymax, a pioneer in the development of light-curable adhesives and curing equipment. The successful candidate will strengthen the technical integrity and supply stability of components used in equipment by evaluating supplier capability, identifying supply chain risks, and guiding sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalency
• 5+ years in technical sourcing, manufacturing engineering, supplier quality, or supply chain
• ERP proficiency required; JD Edwards EnterpriseOne preferred
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications
• Strong analytical and cross-functional communication capability
