We are seeking a result-focused, innovative, self-driven, and well-qualified individual to join our talented team as a Territory Sales Manager. The role involves meeting sales targets, developing leads, acquiring new customers, and winning and maintaining key accounts and customer commitment.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related. MBA preferred.
- Ability to handle and operate equipment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based software essential
- Self-directed and resourceful; detail-oriented, and committed to following through
- Ability to travel up to 80%
- 3+ years of experience of related sales experience, preferably from a custom adhesive, chemical, coatings/paint, medical/pharmaceutical/food manufacturing or packaging/dispensing environment
- Positive and professional attitude under pressure
- Ability to actively listen, empathize and present to potential and current customers
