Requirements

• 8+ years experience in Delivery
• Experience in banking/financial services sector
• Experience in startup/scaleup environments
• Managed a program
• Agile coach experience beneficial
• Bachelor's degree
• Full professional proficiency in English (ILR 4 or equivalent)
• Proven leadership track record (8+ years) in running implementation projects for complex web applications
• Strong analytical, consultancy, and communication skills (written and verbal)
