Delivery Director

Manage projects for customers in the US Hub, supervise delivery quality, and maintain customer success and satisfaction. Engage with customers at the executive level, present delivery strategy, and support the Customer Success Team.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in Delivery
• Experience in banking/financial services sector
• Experience in startup/scaleup environments
• Managed a program
• Agile coach experience beneficial
• Proven leadership track record in running implementation projects
• Strong analytical, consultancy, and communication skills
