Job Description
As a Staff Engineer, help define and execute the technical vision of the product, lead by example, and foster collaboration across departments.
Requirements
- Live in Kraków or nearby area
- Have a solid background in software development, design and architectural patterns
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience with Java, Spring, Maven, JPA, Hibernate, CI and CD
- Strong experience with microservices
- Experience with Cloud-native deployments and traditional application servers
- Knowledge of relational databases
- Understanding of non-functionals such as security, performance, scalability, etc.
- Understanding of front end frameworks and enterprise integration patterns
- Experience as a technical leader
