Communications & Content Manager

Backblaze is seeking a Communications & Content Manager to join their team. The role involves managing social content calendar, PR, and comms execution, content execution, and strategy & coordination for the company's AI-focused initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in communications, content marketing, PR, or a related field
• Strong experience managing editorial or campaign calendars across multiple stakeholders
• Experience working with PR agencies, social programs, and/or content distribution
• Proven ability to execute cross-channel campaigns (social, PR, content) with attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for tone, messaging, and audience
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
• Experience using data and reporting to inform decisions and improve performance
• Highly organized with strong project management and follow-through skills
