Job Description
Backblaze is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer I to support the stability, health, and day-to-day operations of its infrastructure. The ideal candidate is technically curious, calm under pressure, and eager to learn in a hands-on infrastructure and reliability role.
Requirements
- Act as first point of contact for all customer affecting issues
- Manage the resolution of technical problems
- Ensure incident management processes are followed
- Respond to zabbix alerts/regular monitoring of zabbix
- Troubleshoot technical issues for DC Techs
- Document/Work on automating Daily Items
- Engaging in on-call rotation shifts
- Make recommendations for improvements in organizational productivity
