Job Description
Backblaze is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to help ensure the quality, reliability, and scalability of Backblaze products across UI and API experiences. The ideal candidate brings deep QA experience, strong automation skills, and a thoughtful approach to test design.
Requirements
- 10+ years of QA experience with focus on testing at scale
- Experience with API testing and understanding of cloud storage concepts
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong experience with scripting and test automation software (such as Selenium or Playwright)
- Familiarity with TestRail or a similar test case management software and JIRA or another project and issue-tracking software
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and well-versed in SDLC processes
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
