Trench Safety Branch Manager

Role Overview

The Trench Safety Branch Manager is accountable for the safe, cost effective, and efficient management of all branch operations related to trench shoring and trench safety systems. This position ensures exceptional customer service, a strong safety culture, and consistent operational excellence.

What You Will Do

Builds and grows Badger’s trench shoring business through strong market presence, brand positioning, and superior service delivery. Oversees equipment scheduling and dispatch to ensure timely delivery, safe setup, and smooth project execution.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Holds full branch P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, expense management, margin optimization, and revenue growth. Strong sales and customer service background required; outside sales experience preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (business, engineering, construction management, or related field)
• 5+ years of successful business management experience with direct P&L accountability at a branch or similar profit center
• 3+ years of trench safety/trench shoring experience required
• Strong sales and customer service background required; outside sales experience preferred
