Role Overview

The Trench Safety Operations Supervisor oversees daily branch operations, supports inside sales activities, manages customer contracts, and ensures accurate equipment coordination. The role requires strong leadership, excellent trench safety equipment knowledge, and problem-solving skills.

What You Will Do

Oversee daily branch operations, recommend alternative equipment solutions, respond to customer inquiries, provide direction to operational personnel, administer customer contracts, and ensure compliance with company safety policies.

We're looking for a candidate with a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid Driver's License, 3 years of experience in the Trench Safety rental equipment industry or Trench Safety construction industry, and 1 year of Operations Management or related leadership experience.
