Job Description
Join BAE Systems Digital Intelligence as a FinOps Specialist and help customers unlock the full value of AWS in the defence and national security domains. As a FinOps Specialist, you will play a critical role in advising a business unit on how to make their cloud-based capabilities more efficient and cost-effective.
Requirements
- Applying FinOps principles to drive cloud efficiency and cost optimisation in large-scale environments.
- Deep understanding of AWS technologies, pricing models, and cost management tools.
- Advising on cloud architecture to embed cost efficiency and scalability.
- Developing and marketing FinOps offerings to customers, including creating compelling value propositions.
- Engaging with senior stakeholders to align cloud efficiency strategies with business objectives.
- Building business cases for cloud optimisation initiatives supported by robust data and analysis.
