Job description
We are looking for a Deputy Director for the Engineering Operations & Capabilities (EOC) organization within Electronic Systems (ES) Engineering. In this role, you will be a key member of the EOC leadership team setting and driving engineering strategy and key capability initiatives for the ES Sector across the US and UK.
Key leadership team member in setting and driving the EOC strategy for the ES Sector. Act as a transformational leader in embracing and executing modern product realization methods and tools. Support the steering groups for 4 engineering disciplines (Software, Hardware, Systems, and Program Engineering Managers).
Attract, develop, and retain staff to support the business; and develop resource plans supporting ES sector talent needs. Develop and maintain measures related to directorate performance, quality and affordability.
