
Job description
Lead a large team in an operational, functional, and continuous improvement capacity, developing a manufacturing strategy and executing a production system that aligns with customer value. Work cross-functionally on make/buy, production test, and facilities strategies to enable the successful execution of RF electronics programs.
Lead a direct staff of 3-5 managers, develop people at every level, champion a safety-first culture, define customer value, and translate strategy into executable expectations. Manage key performance metrics, drive transformation of manufacturing operations, and plan departmental indirect budgets.
This role requires a highly motivated, result-driven professional with vision and experience leading Lean thinking to solve system challenges. The ideal candidate will have the ability to think strategically while leading tactical execution, and will be accountable for developing a manufacturing strategy and executing a production system that aligns with customer value.
