Job Description
Metrology Engineer (Calibration) role responsible for applying measurement science, mathematics, physics to develop, document and maintain calibration systems, procedures and methods for mechanical, Pressure/Vacuum, Temperature, Humidity, Dimensional, Test Measuring and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE).
Requirements
- Completed formal training in electronic, electro-mechanical or instrument-mechanical areas
- Recognized Graduate training programme
- Formal qualification in Physics, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science to B.Sc. degree level
- 5+ years of practical experience in an Engineering metrology, calibration facility or other allied functions
