Job Description
Join BAE Systems as a Principal Systems Engineer and provide technical ownership of CCS design, leading key design decisions and overseeing project scope. You will work with stakeholders and suppliers to identify and address risks early and lead programme-level design reviews. You will also review and influence technical requirements and architecture to support effective system integration across sub-systems and specialist areas.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in network or software engineering
- Ability to take the lead on technical matters and provide expert guidance
- Chartered Engineer status or working towards it
- Familiarity with DOORS and prior hands-on experience using it
- Proven experience in change management processes
