Job Description
Join BAE Systems as a Procurement Manager to support the activities of the Strategy team, including Supplier Relationship Management, Sustainable Procurement, and Supply Chain Governance. You will be involved in category strategy and planning, sourcing, and procurement, as well as supplier relationship management and sustainability.
Requirements
- Experience working within procurement disciplines
- Experience working in the end-to-end procurement process
- Good project management skills, commercial acumen, financial awareness, and risk and opportunity management
- Good understanding of external environment and relevant market intelligence
- People management experience
- Ability to build, grow, and influence networks across sector to support collaborative working
- Level 5 professional qualification for example MCIPS or studying towards such qualification
