
Job description
This role is part of the Operations team at BAE Systems, responsible for turning innovative engineering designs into real solutions. The team works with technology rarely accessible in other manufacturing firms, and employees have opportunities for career advancement in a diverse work environment. The role requires consistent, in-person collaboration and will be performed full-time on site.
Designs, develops, and implements testing methods and equipment for Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) processes. Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements.
The role requires a strong technical background, with experience in test design, processes, and methodologies. The ideal candidate will be able to drive process development, standardization, and continuous improvement across all test operations.
