Job description
Join the Systems Engineering team at BAE Systems Inc, Space and Mission Systems, a group of motivated problem solvers. We're seeking a highly experienced systems engineer to lead teams through the entire program lifecycle, including concept, design, requirement development, implementation, and launch.
Provide systems engineering leadership, manage technical teams, and oversee the development and implementation of requirements, CONOPS, architecture, and integration of Space Missions. Manage cost, schedule, and technical content associated with the systems engineering team.
This leadership position requires a highly experienced systems engineer who can lead a team by managing cost, schedule, risk, and systems engineering for a Space-based System. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to innovation and integrity.
