Job description
Join the Mission Engineering team at BAE Systems Inc, Space and Mission Systems, as a Systems Engineer with experience developing and executing space-based systems. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and direction to technical teams from development through operational delivery of space systems.
Provide systems engineering leadership, technical guidance, and direction to technical teams from development through operational delivery of space systems. Support the development and execution of Concepts of Operations, drive design trade studies, and own technical risk and mitigation plans.
A successful candidate is creative, flexible, and comfortable handling various and sometimes conflicting priorities. The role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
